Nido's Cleaning Commitment
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. To ensure a secure play environment, we are:
- Limiting the number of guests to prevent overcrowding.
- Requiring advance bookings for open play to manage capacity
- Performing ongoing cleaning throughout the day, with deep cleaning during closed hours.

All You Need to Know for a Seamless Playtime Experience at Nido!
Absolutely! To maintain the cleanliness of our soft play mats and equipment, we require all guests—kids and adults alike—to wear socks.
While we welcome walk-ins, we strongly recommend booking your 1.5 hour open play slot online to guarantee your spot, especially during busy times.
You’re welcome to bring outside food, to be consumed in designated areas. Just remember, we’re a nut-free facility. Cakes and cupcakes are reserved for our fabulous party packages!
Nido is crafted for children aged 5 and under. Older siblings are welcome in our waiting areas and can bring a book or iPad for entertainment.
We encourage our young guests to learn responsibility. Please make sure to place toys back in their designated areas after play.
Our playland is stocked full of fun toys and playsets, so no outside toys are permitted.
No, we do not offer childcare. Parental supervision is required at all times.
All play passes are non-refundable. If you’re unable to make it due to illness, we’ll be happy to reschedule your playtime for up to 30 days from the original date.
